either a Malaysia electronic visa(evisa) or the Electronic Travel Registration

1. Electronic
Visa (Malaysian e-Visa)
The validity for a Malaysia
eVisa is for 90 days. Indian nationals can stay in the country for up to a
maximum period of 30 days for every visit to the country. Malaysia eVisa cannot
be extended.

colour copy of the first and last page of your passport

copy of the first page of passport (Passport should be valid for at least 6
months from the date of travel)

colour copy of your passport-size photograph taken against a white background
without specs. Photo size must be 35 mm x 50mm
· Proof
of hotel booking reservation or accommodation mentioning the details of travel,
details of the travellers, and contact details of the hotel
· Scanned
copy of your Covid-19 certificate with both doses
· Original
bank statements reflecting transactions for the last month (Consulate may ask
for it)
· Scanned
colour copy of your birth certificate (if below 18 years)
2. Electronic
Travel Registration and Information (eNTRI)
The eNTRI is only available for
citizens of India and China. It is a single-entry travel document. The visitor
needs to apply for It online in advance. An eNTRI document will be
issued as proof of registration, which must be presented on arrival in
Malaysia. The eNTRI is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and you can
stay in Malaysia for a maximum period of 15 days. After the eNTRI expires,
applicants must wait for a period of 3 months before applying for another eNTRI.
Any Indian national can apply for an eNTRI
including expatriates who reside outside India except Indian citizens residing
in Singapore.
Documents
required to apply for a Malaysia eNTRI visa
1) Confirmed return air tickets
2) Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport
3) Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
4) 1 scanned colour passport-size photograph (taken against a white background
with matte-finish)
5) Email-id of the applicants
It is advisable to apply for
your Malaysia e-visa at least 30 days before your travel date.
